Welcome to MaryLy.

MaryLy is an independent, one-person handcrafted fashion brand based in Ukraine. Every MaryLy piece is designed, handcrafted and prepared personally by me.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Handmade products

MaryLy products are handcrafted individually. Small variations in appearance, texture, finish, measurements or hardware may occur and are a natural characteristic of handmade products.

These variations are not considered defects when they do not affect the intended use or quality of the product.

Product information

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials and colors.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen settings, lighting and other technical factors.

Orders and payment

An order is considered accepted after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Custom orders

Custom orders are welcome.

If you would like a custom MaryLy piece, please contact us before placing your order by email or through Instagram to discuss your requirements, measurements, design and availability.

Custom products are made specifically for the customer and are subject to the Custom Orders section of our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual property

All original MaryLy designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos, product concepts and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this website applies to orders placed after the update, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
