Shipping Policy

MaryLy is a one-person independent brand. Every piece is handcrafted and prepared personally by me.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because every MaryLy piece is handmade, processing times may occasionally vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order and the current workload.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $20 USD.

Free shipping is available for orders of $150 USD or more.

The available shipping method and final shipping information will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped, when tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times do not include the 5–7 business day processing period.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
