Returns & Refunds

MaryLy is a one-person independent brand. Every order is personally handcrafted and prepared by me.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a standard, non-personalized item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must not have been altered, damaged or modified.
• The item should be returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Custom orders

Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law or when the item is defective or not as described.

If you would like to create a custom piece, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at mashylyapo@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country.
