All MARYLY pieces are handcrafted in Ukraine.

Processing Time

Most MARYLY pieces are made to order. Processing time may vary depending on the product, customization and current order volume. The estimated processing time is indicated on the product page whenever applicable.

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

MARYLY ships internationally. Delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance and local postal services. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

MARYLY cannot control customs processing times or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. MARYLY is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to customs, postal services, transportation disruptions, weather, technical issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your tracking information has not been updated for an unusually long period, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with the carrier where appropriate.
