Because MARYLY pieces are handcrafted, we ask that you carefully review the product description and size guide before placing your order.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Size

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact us before placing your order.

Change of Mind

For customers located in countries where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, nothing in this policy limits those legal rights.

For EU/EEA customers, eligible online purchases generally carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable legal exceptions. The withdrawal period normally begins when the customer receives the goods.

The customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, provided this was disclosed before purchase.

Hygiene & Sealed Items

Where permitted by applicable law, sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for withdrawal once the seal has been opened. This exception applies only where the relevant legal requirements are met.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Products made according to the customer's specific requirements or clearly personalized may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law permits such an exclusion.

Unapproved Returns

Please contact MARYLY before sending an item back. Do not send a return to the address shown on the shipping label without first receiving return instructions from us.
